Organizing information hierarchy, creating a comprehensive style guide (colors, fonts, icons, and UI elements), and designing custom animations, microinteractions, and illustrations to simplify complex services. The project included wireframes, two visual design proposals, and a high-fidelity mockup for the chosen visual style, with both web and mobile versions.
